Each ticket grants admission to one individual for the duration of the Salon Owners Summit unless stated otherwise on your ticket
We accept payment via the following methods:
- Full payment online via credit card or debit card
- Payment made online via Klarna, subject to eligibility
Adding payment to your Phorest subscription is subject to billing history and/or any arrears on the account
The number of months a payment will be split out to is subject to the date the ticket has been purchased
- Requests for ticket cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organisers via salonsummit@phorest.com
- Tickets can be cancelled within 14 days from the date the purchase is made without giving any reason and will receive full reimbursement of funds. This is applicable on tickets purchased between 9th January - 10th October 2024.
- Tickets are non-refundable after the end of the 14 day, cooling off period
- Please note that after 11th October 2024, there will no longer be a cooling off period and a 100% cancellation fee applies
Ticket Substitutions: Ticket holders may request to substitute their ticket with another individual. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing to the conference organisers at least seven (7) days before the conference start date.
Conference Program: The conference program, including speakers, sessions, and activities, is subject to change at the discretion of the conference organisers. No refunds will be issued due to changes in the conference program.
Code of Conduct: All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are expected to adhere to the conference's code of conduct, which prohibits harassment, discrimination, and any other inappropriate behaviour. Violation of the code of conduct may result in expulsion from the conference without refund.
Liability: The conference organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by attendees during the conference, including but not limited to lost or stolen belongings, personal injury, or illness.
Photography and Recording: By attending the conference, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. The conference organisers reserve the right to use such materials without further consent or compensation.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket and attending the conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
